The Integrity Homes Challenge Wanaka festival relies on the support and generosity of our benefactors, with 30% of our income being dependent on donations, they play a critical role in delivering our festival.
As a non-profit charitable trust, the event needs all the financial support it can get and 2022 is no different. Annually Challenge Wanaka involves over 1,000 local volunteers and 1,500+ junior and secondary school athletes, a truly huge achievement for a small town! Benefactor support enables Challenge Wanaka to continue to deliver the economic and social benefits it brings to our community.
The legacy the Integrity Homes Challenge Wanaka has created is already significant – with increased local participation of all ages, a thriving volunteer programme and millions in economic benefits. To ensure continued delivery the Challenge Wanaka Sports Trust invites you to become a benefactor of this inspirational event.

Thanks so much to the below for their support in 2023:
If you haven’t heard the name, Garth Barfoot is an absolute legend of Triathlon, patron of the Challenge Wanaka Aquabike race and generally an awesome kiwi gent!
He generously donates not only to Challenge each year but donates huge prizes and accommodation subsidies to NZ Aquabike National Championships.
New Zealand and Challenge Aquabike events would not be where they are today without the support of this man, to whom we are very thankful.
